A TrackBack is a way for websites to talk to each other. Say a person on website A (the blogger) wants someone on website B to know something, you set a TrackBack ping and that let the other website know there is something there to look at. Simple.

LOL... If you have OCD, then so do I ... and so many other people. I find myself doing the same exact thing until a problem is solved. My mind finds a quiet moment from other activities, and WHAM there it is again. I fall asleep and WHAM there is it is again in my dreams with my eyelids being the drawing board. I am speaking with someone who isn't providing an enlightening conversation and WHAM there it is again. It won't go away - and, seems like it will never ever go away.

I guess, too, that is why the tree limbs at the shelter were so very bothersome to me. Yikes!! Until the task was done, I simply couldn't rest easy.

In response to your dilemna, perhaps you will not find the answer in the conventional languages and you will need to devise your own that will work. Sometimes, we have to think beyond the box of tools that we are given to find the simple solutions rather than make a mountain out of a mole-hill with the tools we are given. Just a thought.....

I often jot things down that brainstorm in my head. Sometimes, too, eventually, these pieces come together for me as well.

Hee hee.... and I thought I was the only one this compulsive about things. LOL....
