A TrackBack is a way for websites to talk to each other. Say a person on website A (the blogger) wants someone on website B to know something, you set a TrackBack ping and that let the other website know there is something there to look at. Simple.

Got a point there.... after all, in order for an immigrant to pass the Citizenship test, they must know English (and US History), no matter what their homeland language is.

They are putting it to vote today on keyetv.com in a poll format in response to the passing of the English only bill in one of the sectors of the House.
