The puppies are lucky to have such an affectionate "daddy".
Congratulations on the new additions.
Love their names.

To all who want to know... Yes indeed we have adopted 2 Pug Puppies.

They are 13 weeks old and litter brothers. We got two of them because we knew they would keep each other company when the humans were away. The first one is a faun Pug by the name of Bogart (originally named Beast, we think Bogart is better.) He is a a more traditional Pug dog with all the classic markings and folds and rough coat. The second, Orson (originally named Beast), is also a faun Pug, but shows more of the recessives of the Pug lineage, less lines and fold but the recessive silky smooth coat.

Bogart is more agreesive and tries to prove it because he was the runt of the litter. Orson is laid back but a total lover. When the two of them are together it is total love and they go at it like brothers do.

More to come and pictures too.

Puds are like that... all they want to do is love the people they are with. They were breed to be lap dogs and they live up to that in every way. I got a pug for my daughter a few years ago, and that dog is her faithful companion. The two of them together are wonderful and that is the way it should be. Pugs... the best dogs money can buy. (yeah yeah... I know I will hear arguements about that one)

Maybe it is something in the air, but one of my associates was waxing poetic about the bliss of having a relationship with a dog......they don't talk back....the basic unconditional love......you know the list.
It's just interesting to me.
I am getting some fish for my new apartment......probably oscars.
Not as responsive, but very peaceful and nondemanding.

While I almost ended up with a shitzu puppy given me, a friend has given me a cat that has been named after Mel Gibson, the star actor of Braveheart, because he was a really brave cat. LOL....

Well, you can read more about him on http://www.gibsonthecat.blogspot.com. cheese
