A TrackBack is a way for websites to talk to each other. Say a person on website A (the blogger) wants someone on website B to know something, you set a TrackBack ping and that let the other website know there is something there to look at. Simple.

Hey Babe... The health issues are a matter of timing and lack of health insurance, but they are being taken care of again, nothing life threating. As for the "abstain" issue, I was being tongue and cheek with that.
In fact, I am taking care of all these things so sex will be better. Give me another week and I will feel like new again. You are certainly invited to come over and tell me if there is any issue in regards to my sexual health. Hmm... that would be ever so nice...
